Hmmm...I think I need to start making a tally so I don't repeat myself: I believe I said I was thankful for:
Heavenly Father
Friends (need to write more on that)
Pizza

So...yeah, haven't written in a few days, but definitely have much to be grateful for! I went on an awesome date on Wednesday and I guess the young lady was waaay too much for me to handle because Thursday I started dying. By Friday I was pretty much a Zombie. Sat was really interesting, because I decided to go to the Doctor (much to the chagrin of my wallet). And I passed out! It was awesome! But yeah...my list of gratitudinals.

For Wednesday:

I am grateful to virtuous young women who set great examples to me. And people who are open and defer judgement to view people as Christ would, for what is in their hearts. Young women who know they are daughters of God make my life easier as I don't have to convince them of that and that they act accordingly. They help me to magnify my Priesthood and I appreciate their example.

For Friday:

I am thankful for my momma! And my dad. My parents are awesome! They try hard to teach me correct principles, and I need to honor them better. It is something I can certainly work on. My mom is always grieving when I wolf down food at dinner or show poor manners. I need to behave better so she doesn't get an ulcer! Also with me being sick, I am amazed at how both of them are so willing and ready to come to my side anytime I need help! And how they are so constant in prayer. Every day without fail, they will read together and pray. I know they pray in the morning, but it has been a while since I have joined them. They also show so much faith when they are praying for my family that just listening to them makes me a better person. I want to live up to what they see in me.

Saturday:

Modern medicine baby! Did you know there is a flu medicine now? Haha...it is over 130 dollars without insurance...happy times. But the medical advances that exist nowadays are just mind-boggling! Did you also know they can extract tissues from your body to grow new body parts! So crazy! I am so deeply grateful for a loving Heavenly Father who inspires His children here on earth to be able to serve each other and expand their knowledge and learning. I am on about 5 medications, but at least I'm alive and will get better. Good stuff.

Sunday:

The Sacrament. Ah man. I can't tell you how bad it sucks not being able to partake of the Sacrament. Yeah, I think it's something that members take for granted, and that is such a crime. I know I have, and it makes me quite ashamed, but alas, I am human. At least I have room for improvement. But yes, not being at Church has given me a great perspective in what people are missing when they go without Spiritual nutrition that we so desperately need constantly in our lives. I know that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world, and the Pioneer of our Eternity. He trod the path back to our Father alone so we would not be left to ourselves. He knows every pain we have ever felt and is right beside us at all times if we will reach out to Him. He has provided the means whereby we may escape death and hell, and it is wonderful to me. I stand all amazed at His love and His willingness to save a soul so rebellious and proud as mine. I love Him. I want to come to know Him more personally in my life so I can help Him and help my Father in bringing souls back to them.
